We are pleased to announce that Farmington Square Gresham is currently clear of all positive cases of Covid-19.  We have also completed two vaccine clinics, with the third and final clinic scheduled for this Monday, February 15th.  An incredible 91% of our residents chose to take the vaccine!  Thank you for supporting us in this endeavor!
We are doubly pleased to announce that we will be resuming Outdoor Visits!  Visiting hours will be Tuesday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Our first day for Outdoor Visits will be Tuesday, February 16th.
To schedule an outdoor visit, please contact our Life Enrichment Director. Visitors who have scheduled a time will receive priority over walk-in visitors.
Please be aware that all mask-wearing and distance protocols will be in place during any visit.  All visitors will be health-screened, are expected to wear a mask and must maintain six feet of distance from others.  If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please do not visit the community. Thank you.
