Farmington Square Gresham Enhances Resident Comfort with Window and Door Upgrades

|

Farmington Square Gresham Assisted and Memory Care is proud to announce its ongoing commitment to capital improvements by upgrading all non-energy efficient windows and sliding doors in its community cottages. This significant update will bring numerous benefits to both the environment and the residents of our community.

With the installation of new windows and doors, we aim to enhance insulation and eliminate air leaks, resulting in reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling. These improvements will lead to substantial energy savings. Additionally, the upgraded windows and doors will greatly contribute to residents' quality of life by creating a more comfortable living space, maximizing natural light, and improving ventilation.

"The decision to upgrade our windows and doors perfectly aligns with our commitment to our residents and staff. This investment will positively impact everyone who resides and works in our community. We are delighted to offer our residents a more comfortable living environment," stated Malina Souliyalavong, Executive Director of Farmington Square Gresham.
Farmington Square Gresham is unwavering in its dedication to upholding a high standard of excellence, and this capital improvement project represents another significant stride toward achieving that goal.
